Teen Court serves offenders ages 11 through 18 who are charged with Class C citations and nonviolent misdemeanor offenses. Teen court Hearings are held every other Monday evening in the Cumberland County Courthouse. Referrals are received from the Fayetteville Police Department, Juvenile Court, School Resource Officers, District Court, Sheriff’s Department and Juvenile Court Counselors. Teen court Hearings are held every other Monday evening in the C.C. Courthouse. Like many other non-profit agencies, Teen Court welcomes volunteers. Volunteers needed include Attorneys, Judges and Jurors. Training is provided for all volunteer positions.
