JCPC File Downloads & Training Materials

The Link Below will take you to the Cumberland Co. JCPC file transfer/download site by opening a new window. Call 222-6073 and seek assistance (Sarah or Robin) if you have problems with the downloads, or cannot find the files or information you're looking for.

Navigate to the 2008-09 Forms Folder, double click the proper forms (Application, Local Addendum, etc.) and save them to your local drive or system.

For new (2008-09) JCPC program applicants -- both continuation applications for existing programs, and new applicants -- be sure and use the MS EXCEL version of the Program Agreement.....

For JCPC Individual Program Measurable Objectives Spreadsheets, click the link below and then double click on the folder named "Program Evaluation Forms" -- you'll find Excel spreadsheets for all applicable programs. Double-click the file/form you want, and the system will prompt you to either open it or save it to a local drive/disk. If you have problems, please call Sarah at 222-6073, or Robin and we'll walk you through it.

If you're looking for training or other PowerPoint presentations, double-click on the "Training" Folder and then double-click on the file you want and save it to your local machine....
