 Healthy Opportunities Promoting Education (H.O.P.E.)

Educational Opportunities for at-risk youth

The H.O.P.E. program is an integral part of the Ramsey Street Alternative Middle School. The H.O.P.E. program offers educational services to students that have been long term suspended from their home school.

The schools mission is to provide education and the opportunity to be successful by redirecting their problem behaviors in order to return to their home school. The program focuses on academics, behavior, social skills, decision making, learning styles, and encourages parental involvement.

Key Benefits

  • Reducing further court involvement
  • Reducing Suspension Rates
  • Improving the student’s attendance and academic achievement
  • Increasing the involvement by the parent or guardian
