Juvenile Court Outreach Services The Juvenile Court Outreach program offers a continuum of services under the C.C. Mental Health Center umbrella for youth referred from Juvenile Court. Components of this program include: In-Home therapy, Psychological Evaluation (321-3703), Residential Treatment, Counseling, and Group Therapy. The emphasis in the In Home therapy (323-2311) component is to teach more appropriate parenting techniques, communication skills, impulse control and ways to properly express feelings and ideas. Case Management services are also provided by the clinician on behalf of the client and family to access community services. The clinician frequently advocates on behalf of the client and family with various agencies to ensure that needed services are provided. This program also links clients to community resources to focus on career awareness and planning for the older teens by referring them to Job Corps, Tar Heel Challenge, YouthBuild and FTCC. For more information on this program, please contact Debbie Jenkins at (910)323-2311 or email the Information Request Form below.
